Dr. Ulf Hedin Professor of Experimental Vascular Surgery

Ulf Hedin is a Professor and Chief Physician of Vascular Surgery at Karolinska Institute and Karolinska University Hospital in Stockholm. Ulf has during his career held several honorable positions including senior vascular fellow at University of Washington, Seattle, USA and board member of Scandinavian Society for Atherosclerosis Research. Ulf is today Professor of Experimental Vascular Surgery at the Department of Molecular Medicin and Surgery.

VASCURING cooperate with Ulf as expert in Vascular Surgery including design of tests and validation of clinical data.

Dr. Hassan Abou-Kansoul Inventor

Hassan Abou-Kansoul is a practitioner surgeon with three specialist competences, primary expertise is within transplantation surgery. As a researcher Hassan has been the initiator for several product development projects in surgery and holds patents in several of these projects. Hassan has surgical experience from prominent clinics in USA, Rumania, UK and Sweden. He is also the inventor of the VasCuring® technology.
